Bookkeepers conduct calculations all day and use computers to calculate and record details. Bookkeepers maintain and update accounting records. Our choice applicant will calculate company spending, receipts, profit and loss and accounts payable and receivable. This role might vary and also assist with Administrative duties. Applicant must have bookkeeping background and be able to work completely independent of management supervision. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Full Charge Bookkeeper will support our management team Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Collections report preparation and analysis conducting month end accruals and closings bank and inventory reconciliations and weekly cycle counts auditing background identifying system improvements and variances along with special projects and the expertise to think independently.Additional duties will include follow-up on documentation, maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive reports, various administrative tasks, inventory reconciliations, accrual accounting, cost analysis and forecasting, and reporting directly to upper management.
